Positive: Die Lage ist recht gut, sehr nah zum Zentrum. Man kann direkt vor der Garage parkieren, wenn man nicht in die Garage passt, z. B. mit Dachbox.
Negative: Ein Lüfter im Badezimmer wäre gut.
